These are a few examples of the projects SAM & DAN has done.
We are versatile, hard-working individuals who are driven by client satisfaction.
SAM & DAN have a wealth of experience in general building including building maintenance, alterations and repairs, complete renovations and kitchen and bathroom fitting in both the residential and commercial sectors. All services are offered, including, plastering, carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing/heating and electrics. It could be said that it would be easier to list the services that we do not offer rather than those that we do. We are, effectively, a one-stop building service!
We place a great emphasis on providing our customers with quality, dependable service. Attention to detail and responding quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs.
Raised Decking
Around existing structure. We constructed both the decking and the staircase. the whole project took a couple of weeks.
Multi-level patio
The challenge was various levels on the terrain and the patio design including the patio’s shape. however, Sam & Dan accomplished it successfully within designated time frame with a great result as you can see from the photo.
